Welcome to Vero Mixed Media! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services, website, and any agreements made with us.
1. Services
We provide photography, videography, and photo booth rental services for events including but not limited to weddings, corporate functions, birthdays, and school celebrations. All services are subject to availability and confirmed upon payment and signed agreement.
2. Booking & Payment
A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date.
Final payment is due 7 days before your event.
Bookings are not confirmed until deposit and signed contract are received.
Late payments may incur additional charges or cancellation.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Cancellations made days before the event will receive a partial refund minus the deposit.
Events can be rescheduled with written notice and subject to availability.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate event details and ensuring access to the venue.
Any changes to event timing or location must be communicated at least 10 days in advance.
5. Image Use & Ownership
Vero Mixed Media retains the copyright of all media captured during events.
We may use select images for promotional purposes unless the client submits a written request for privacy.
Clients will receive edited digital copies for personal and promotional use.
6. Liability
While we strive to capture every key moment, we are not liable for circumstances beyond our control (e.g., bad weather, equipment failure, or restricted venue access).
We are insured and follow industry-standard practices to reduce risks.
7. Conduct
Vero Mixed Media reserves the right to withdraw services if our team feels unsafe or is treated with disrespect at any time during an event.
